    Maintenance Calories?

    Hi

I just did a calculator on this but I dont beleive it? If its true, ide be losing weight every day, but im puting on weight....

I am 25 years old, On steroids 500mg per week of test E. I work out every other day, or every 3rd day. I am 5 foot 10, I weigh 170 pounds.

How many cals roughly would I need to stay the exact same weight?

    Thanks

    Matt

Around 2400 depending on how active you are throughout the day.

You should base your diet off your LBM not your actual bodyweight otherwise your eating for your bodyfat. So get you BF tested accurately at a local college/univeristy and go off that.

3500 is too much for you at maintenance levels don't even need your bodyfat % to see that.
