How important is fat in a diet? I havn't really been getting very much at all with what I'm currently eating and wondering it's hindering me.
Today
Woke up 11 (gotta love summer vacation, my boss went on vacation for the week)
12 - 7 Egg Whites, cooked w/ pam and hot sauce (god i miss ketchup), 2 pieces of whole grain flax bread
2:30 - 1 Can of Tuna w/ 0 cal mustard, 1 piece of bread
4 - Doc App
5- Gym / Lifted
6:15ish - Protein Shake, 220 Cals 50 Grams of Protein
6:30-7:25 - 55 Mins of Cardio, 8 Minute Miles, 2 Minutes Off, 4 Minute Cooldown, Bumped the last minute of the cooldown to a 6 minute mile pace
7:40 - Was starving so I went to 7/11 and got a south beach diet bar, low in fats compared to other protein bars, 210 Cals 19g of protein
8:30 - 7 Egg Whites cooked w/ pam and hot sauce, 2 Pieces of Bread
11 - Can of Tuna w/ 0 cal mustard, 1 piece of bread
Then I'll prob be up till 2 lol then sleep in again
