Im sitting at abt 6-7% bf (@205lbs) and I have completely depleted my carbs and I have started to add them in the last 3 days, raising them about 25% each day all the while lowering my water intake..My question is it normal to feel more bloated around your mid section for the first couple days of carbing up?? By sunday I plan on cutting my water to pretty much nothing and plan on taking in at least 500 carbs just to see how lean I can get but Im starting to question if I should continue to raise my carbs that much until sunday..any help would be much appreciated!!
Also my carbs have been oats, and sweet potatoes, and apples after a workout !!
