    Is this NORMAL???

    Im sitting at abt 6-7% bf (@205lbs) and I have completely depleted my carbs and I have started to add them in the last 3 days, raising them about 25% each day all the while lowering my water intake..My question is it normal to feel more bloated around your mid section for the first couple days of carbing up?? By sunday I plan on cutting my water to pretty much nothing and plan on taking in at least 500 carbs just to see how lean I can get but Im starting to question if I should continue to raise my carbs that much until sunday..any help would be much appreciated!!

    Also my carbs have been oats, and sweet potatoes, and apples after a workout !!

    idk but i got the same feeling when i started getting more carbs

    not to be mean, but if that pic is of you i don't think its 6-7%.

    How low is your water intake and how many grams of carbs have you been adding in? How many days have you been dropping water?

    Yeah that pic is a year and a half old, trust me Im alot leaner than that but thanks for your input...I'll post pics when Im done carbing up!!

    I feel a lot harder today, yesterday I went up to 400g of carbs and kept my water around 30oz..My arms and chest have really filled back out and I dont feel bloated..If tomorrow is my last carb up day, how high wouldyou recommend taking my carbs 500-600?

    I would go low GI throughout the day but at that amount you are going to need to get some more water in your system for them to absorbed.

    i get bloated as hell when i carb up. but my carb ups usually are only in 3 days increments. water isn't my issue its just me piling up my carbs. as far as how many to take. depends on your lows and your overall calorie expenditure. what will your macro spread be like on those days?
