Bulk
breakfast: 2 whole eggs 6 egg whites with oatmeal
2 hours later: Lean Ground beef with green veggies
Training
PWO with banana
2 hours later: 2 chicken breast with half a cup of brown rice
Protien Shake
Can of tuna with yams
if anybody can think of anything that i could replace the oatmeal and tuna with that would be great

tuna= steak beef chicken eggs
oatmeal= potatoes, ww pasta, rice, veggies

How many cals you bulking with? Seems conservative.

Where is the rest of your diet? That seems like half a days food.
