Bulking and Cutting ratio's
What ratio of pro/carb/fat do you guys use while bulking and cutting?
I do 50/30/20 while cutting and 35/45/20 while bulking.
lets see everyones ratio...

probably 45/45/10, for both.
i'd like to be around 48/48/4... but steak holds me back

wow, you really think 10% for fat will provide the efa's and get the job done?

it's what i have used for a little over a year now. and i've had great results with my physique and with my training. i advocate and follow the high pro/carb diet scheme.

whats your maintenance and current total calories per day, and how do you spread them in terms of p/c/f ?

i take in a lil over 3600. and i just go pro/carb every meal. i'm currently undertaking a recomposition phase. so i'm getting harder and a little leaner in prep for a bulk. i'm about 205 at 8%bf. bulking in about 2-3 weeks. so i'm cycling carbs right now. it's hard as hell on the low days cause i'm packing in protein with a little added fat to try and keep cals high. but if you check out nark and my thread about dieting it better explains, in detail, this dietary approach.
