drop the rice!!!
use sweet potatoes and barely instead
And instead of protein shake before bed, I'd go with cottage cheese and almonds

goals are to bulk up, the shake at night is half a serving of muscle juice. the stats on the muscle juice are with 2% milk
1272 cal
71g protien
28g fat
184 g carbohydrate
but i only take a half a serving at all times. I will be switching to whey once i finish this tub.

what are your stats?
I think you need more fats in there.

that diet is holding very low fats... even for me. use a beef that is in the 90's and use steak or fish in place of some of that chicken when you can. you don't necessarily need to supplement fat, but it should at least come from your protein sources.
and i would also ditch the rice all together. not a fan at all. stick to potatoes. sweet, red, or just regular. i think they beat any carb choice. oats would be a second choice to potatoes though.
