Just wanted to find out about Health Bread. I'm almost sure you get it all over the world. Its a really heavy bread - very healthy obviouslyIts wholemeal bread, covered with oats/wheat grains. What I wanted to know - anyone know why its soo heavy?? I weighed one fairly sized slice - 90g! So for a simple sandwich it will be like 100g carbs! That right? Oh well - I guess I'm really bored
