hey guys,
apologies in advance if there was a sticky or something i should of read. I'm ready to cycle again and really wanna start. But i'm gonna do the smart thing and lose some body fat before i start. I've ordered some clen and i was hoping some of you nutritionist freaks might be able to help a guy who has trouble dieting. Can anybody tell me what i should be eating or give me a meal plan. I can stick to anything just need to get started. Thanks in advance.
