    allergies

    i am trying to get my diet on the right track. i usually eat 6 meals a day but have never really sat down and tracked all my calories or the macros. i have one food allergy that is not life threatening, but definately a nuissance. this allergy pertains to POULTRY products. i have had this allergy my whole life, but now turning 22 i would really appreciate the benefits of eatting chicken breasts for obvious reasons. on top of that, turkey is also an allergy on mine. EGGS on the other hand are perfectly fine, but when i went to get tested again for my allergies, the doctor said that i have a slight allergy to COD fish, which surprised me because i have had no problems with this. i was wondering what alternatives are out there, and ways to prepare them quickly as i have a full time job and usually work 70-80 hours a week.
