    loss of gains?

Can I just ask how it will hinder gains from a bad diet? I thought you would still grow muscle but not look very good? Just asking because I'm curious of what causes you to not gain as much.

If you eat sh!t you will look like sh!t.
Might get away with it on an out n out bulk, perhaps. But you're not going to feed your body well enough to make it grow bigger muscle mass if you feed it sugars, or an outbalanced diet.
Depends on your goals too i guess, how many calories you can consume.

Ya I thought you would grow muscle anyways? Or just not as good? I don't know how many calories I take in but for protein like 250-300g's a day.

    What are your goals?

Use egg whites instead of string cheese.

I don't really have one. I just eat a bunch of chicken breast and lean beef with yams and green beans. Breakfast I always eat oats, string cheese and sometimes 4 eggs. Lunch is always turkey sandwichg on wheat.

Get yourself a whiteboard and keep it by your computer. Everytime you eat summit, anything, write it down. Do it for a week.
It's hideously boring and tedious but when you've done that you can post up a typical day for folk here to look at, or type it all into fitday . com and see exactly where you're going wrong. And where you are doing good.
It really is a dull task but when you've done it once...

I have a diet that seems to be helpful

    Meal 1: Pro/Carb

8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal

    50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat

    Meal 2: Pro/Fat

Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies

    55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat

    Meal 3: Pro/Carb

Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice

    55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat
**Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.

    Meal 4: Pro/Fat

2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies

    60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat

    Workout

    Meal 5: PWO Nutrition

2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose

    40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat

    Meal 6: PPWO

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)

    50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat

    Meal 7: Pro/Fat

Lean Protein of your choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
    50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat

    Meal 8: Before Bed

3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil

    60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat

That turns into approximately 420 grams protein, 250 grams Carbs, and 83 grams of fat. This is roughly 3500 calories

Ya some guy sent me that awhile back so I think I'm going to have to go by that from now on. What I don't understand though, is he says 2 cans of tuna + mayo and veggies is 60g's protein. Now on my tuna cans it says 13g's...whats up with that?

Do you know why though? I went to the link and it doesn't pop up, it's my computer not letting it pop up right now, but I'll goto it later when it's working.

wow man.. look on the can. It says 2.5 servings per can possibly. Times the amount of protein on the label by 2.5 and you'll get your total protein per can.
