    Benefits of cardio cycling...

    Are there any? I already have had success cycling my carbs and was wondering if there are any benefits with doing the same thing for cardio. For example, 20 min high intensity say 80-85% of MHR, then 30 min medium 65-75% and then 40 min of say 55-65%?

    You are making it to complicated. Do HIIT 2-3 times a week, then regular cardio the other days. If you are trying to bulk, cut back accordingly.
