    Diet critique

    Just wondered how bad this was or if it was ok.

    Morning-Oats-string cheese and V8 juice

    Snack-String cheese

    Lunch-2 85% lean hamburger patties plain and wheat bread

    Before workout-Tuna sandwich on wheat w/1 tbl spoon mayo

    After workout-String cheese and 19g protein bar

    Dinner-Skinless chicken breast, yams and veggies

    About to eat a turkey sandwich on wheat or a PBJ on wheat. My diet is changing tomorrow to perfect but this was today.

    6/10. it would be lower but you get a decent amount of protein from real food

    Just a thought...try turkey burgers! I hate beef but I love ground turkey, its pretty tasty still too. In the am for breakfast-eggs would be a better source of protein to go with that oatmeal. Wheat bread is not the best carb-and you seem to be consuming a lot of it. Yams are though, kudos on that. Maybe some lean ham in there and another yam instead of a sandwhich. Or fish. Whatever post I responded to about the girl with the saggy skin, I think I put some diet ideas in there...

    Bulk and cut. String cheese...lol..we just had a bunch of it and it's kinda addicting. This morning I had oats-2 eggs and lunch was turkey sandwich on wheat and I won't take in more bread really today like usal. About to eat some yams, chicken breats and veggies here soon. Yeah turkey burgers are good. How much protein in them or do you know?

    I would recommend you pick one. Bulk or cut. They are both different. For example bulking you have to consume more then your daily calorie maintenance and cut, you must consume under and add cardio. Fitday.com helps count your calories and pro, carb, fats etc.

    After workout-String cheese and 19g protein bar
    WHAT!!!! 19gprotein, lol, are you kidding me, cut string cheese and eat beef, chicken, tuna with sweet potatoes, oats or both

    not bad, i like it
