low sodium v8, cut out string cheese, add a lean protein source, eggs maybe?
Snack-String cheese
cut string cheese, dont snack, eat a meal, salad with tuna and salsa for dressing
Lunch-2 85% lean hamburger patties plain and wheat bread
leaner hamburger(93or96), or do hotpinks idea and use turkey, cut bread and eat sweet potatoes
Before workout-Tuna sandwich on wheat w/1 tbl spoon mayo
again, cut bread, add sweet potatoes and use light or fat free mayo or 1 carb ketchup
After workout-String cheese and 19g protein bar
WHAT!!!! 19gprotein, lol, are you kidding me, cut string cheese and eat beef, chicken, tuna with sweet potatoes, oats or both
Dinner-Skinless chicken breast, yams and veggies
not bad, i like it
About to eat a turkey sandwich on wheat or a PBJ on wheat. My diet is changing tomorrow to perfect but this was today.
