    Help with Diet Including T3/Clen

Hey guys. I should be getting my order from Lion for some T3 and Clen within the next few days. I'm hoping that you guys can help me with any changes I might need to make to diet since I will now be incorporating these two research chemicals.

    Stats:
    Age:26
    Height 5'9
    Weight 210
    BF=17.5%
    Lifting Experience-Several Years

Goals-I have a pretty good base right now. I would like to maintain as much mass as possible, but I know I'm bound to lose some LBM with the addition of the T3. Main goal is to trim down. I would love to get to 8%, but my goal is 11-12% within the next 8 weeks. My diet pretty much follows what I've learned from the Milos Sarcev video "secret of the pros" so here's my sample diet.

    8:00-30 min Cardio

    9:00-Meal 1
    Ham Steak 4 oz. 24p/0c/3f
    2 egg whites 12p/0c/0f

    10:30-Meal 2
    Iso-pure Protein Shake 40p/0c/0f

    12:00-Meal 3
London Broil Steak 6 oz 40p/0c/6.5f

    1:30-Meal 4
    Iso-pure Protein Shake 40p/0c/0f

    3:00-Meal 5
    CHicken Breast 6.5 oz 40p/0c/3.5f

    4:30-Meal 6
Fish (Talapia or Orange Roughy) 40p/0c/2f

    6:00-Meal 7
    CHicken Breast 6.5 oz 40p/0c/3.5f

    7:30-Meal 8
Tuna Sandwich w/wheat bread and pasta 40p/50c/3f

    8:00-Workout
40 min Resistance Training and 20 min Cardio
Gatorade during workout for Simple Carbs

    9:00-Post workout shake
    Iso-pure Protein Shake 40p/0c/0f

I also eat leafy fibrous carbs throughout the entire day. At least 8 portions and I'm also taking Udo's Choice Oil (***** 3,6,9), and Multi Vitamin.

I know most of you will say I need more Carbs and if this is the case, please give an explanation. In Milos Sarcev's video he says only eat carbs when you need them. I own my own business and I pretty much sit on my @ss all day so I don't know a reason I would need them except for the complex carbs in my pre-work out meal and my simple carbs during my workout.

It totals about 356 gr of protein/55 complex carbs and whatever I'm getting out of all the vegetables and the 27 sugar carbs in my gatorade.

If it helps I'll also let you know that my workout consist of one body part per day/6 days a week. 4 exercises per body part. 3 set of 15 each.
    Mon/Legs
    Tues/Back
    Wed/Chest
    Thurs/Tri's
    Fri/Shoulders
    Sat/Bi's

    Abs are worked EOD.

    Thanks for your Help!

Im not a fan of shakes. You have way to many, IMO. Whole food instead would be a better choice.

That's impressive!!! I have to go with shakes. At nine meals a day I already fill like I'm craming food down my throat!
