    Arrow Proteins

    So its about that time for me to get my protein powder again. I'm thinking of switching it up this time, but before I do I wanted to run this by the diet guys and get their opinion. Be nice LTN! Here's what i'm thinking of doing.....

    Optinium Nutrition Products
    Pro Complex (60gs of whey)-PWO
    100% Casein (50gs of casein)-before bed or in the evening
    100% "Any Whey" (50gs of tasteless whey) figure i can add this to my morning oats

    *Instead of the "Any Whey you think I can have a Casein shake instead? This will be a total of 3 shakes a day. Normally my limit is 2 but i'm really want to go crazy, especially thru pct. I'll still be eating alot of meats and chicken, but I wanna go all out. Some ppl on these forums talk about eating 400gs of protein a day! Well this is a start, lol. Lemme know what you guys think. As always CONSTRUCTIVE critism and suggestions are welcome.

    Im all for ONs protein powders. Quality for a pretty decent price....I think the Taste is great compared to other brands.

    not a bad idea, though if you do i would add some bcaas into it so that you start your day off with a high concentration of them

    the bcaas are in the protein powder. On top on that i take a multi-vitamin every morning. I'm looking into adding some other stuff too while off cycle.

    other stuff like what?

    and i know the powder comes with bcaas, it's extended release and i like to start off my day with a big bcaa spike, JMO though

    I can't find it, sry phate. I even got the admin in on it and he couldn't find it. If it comes up again i'll let you know.
