*Instead of the "Any Whey you think I can have a Casein shake instead? This will be a total of 3 shakes a day. Normally my limit is 2 but i'm really want to go crazy, especially thru pct. I'll still be eating alot of meats and chicken, but I wanna go all out. Some ppl on these forums talk about eating 400gs of protein a day! Well this is a start, lol. Lemme know what you guys think. As always CONSTRUCTIVE critism and suggestions are welcome.
