breakfast
60gm protien shake with 3packets oatmeal or 3 scrambbled eggs
(afterworkout) 60gm protein shake with chicken/salad or beef w/ pasta
dinner chicken/steak w/ rice or pasta
deciding on next cycle for bulking..suggestions? wat pct?
i know this prob isn't the rite thread but my current source is lame and takes forever..anybody help me out?
