Diet critique
hey guys just wondering if u could comment or help me out with my diet
breakfast
60gm protien shake with 3packets oatmeal or 3 scrambbled eggs
(afterworkout) 60gm protein shake with chicken/salad or beef w/ pasta
dinner chicken/steak w/ rice or pasta
deciding on next cycle for bulking..suggestions? wat pct?
i know this prob isn't the rite thread but my current source is lame and takes forever..anybody help me out?

not good...
almost all protein shakes, simple carbs...
you want 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day. more protein from food, maybe 60g total from shakes. more complex carbs, and some essential fats.
look in the diet forum and post something in there for more help

rite now im 191...ive been following htis diet strictly for 2 weeks n already went from 187-191..i wanna bulk up to atleast 215..im 6ft tall dunno my bf% and shuld find htat out

most people use calipers, most gyms have some way to find out.
its still not a great diet. go to the diet forum and read the bulking diet for more ideas

any suggestions on a great bulking cycle? im thinking of enanthate 10 week nice n simple just gotta find it at a nice dose..and then i would do nolva 2weeks before my last injection? or run armi with the test?

Damn T Own.. i dont think ive ever seen a more knowlegeable 19 year old in my life...
Kudos dude, youre doing in the right way too, waiting on AAS.
Youre gonna end up being a MOD in like 3 years...
As for IRON
dude youre only eating 3 times a day and you wanna bulk?
T Own is right you need more protein from food, taking 4 shakes a day and gettin 240gms is not the same as 240gms from food!
1) Youre not eating nearly enough
2) missing healthy fats ( fish oil, nut oils ect)
3) you need more complex carbs, i.e. potatoes!
4) You aren't weighing your food
5) 6 smaller meals throughout the day will keep you in a positive nitrogen balance.
6) 60-100 total from shakes is fine. youre takin too much!
you need to be trolling the diet section
this is my diet... Pinnacle laid it out for me... Keep in mind it gets expensive, but you get what you pay for! There are few things i change up now and again, but for the most part Ive been on it religiously since May.
Meal 1:
10 egg whites
80 gram oatmeal (dry weight)
6 fish oil gel caps
Meal 2
6 oz chicken
7.5 oz cooked sweet potato
1 table spoon olive oil
Meal 3
6 oz chicken, turkey or beef
175 grams cooked barley
1 table spoon almond oil
Meal 4
Repeat meal 3 , but replace barley with 175 grams cooked lentils
Meal 5
Repeat meal # 2
Meal 6
6 oz beef or chicken
300 grams strawberries/blueberries
Salad with 1 tablespoon olive oil
this is a proper diet...
read up and post a new one so i can look at that...

im a youngin to broski im all ears tho that y i posted cuz i know i shuld be eating more tiems a day i ju wanna get put in the rite direction..
u got serious gains tho off the diet?? i take ***** 3 (fish oil) it only says to take 1 cap a day
ye bro i kno tht gets expensive my pops has been breakin my balls about it ive been makin due wit wat i got but im deff changing everything around first..im thinkin once i get into the groove of the hardcore diet then ill start gassin again

haha yeah i try. and like 4-5 months ago i knew NOTHING about any of this..
but its kinda hard to not try out a cycle.. good thing i'm broke lol
