im layin off the gear till i get a better job (runs the pockets a lil dry) and am jus stickin to the old school protein multi v some amino's and throwin in a test booster.. ive jus been eating big on the basic meals
breakfast - 60gm protein shake with 3 scrambled eggs/toast or 3 packets flavored oatmeal
post workout - 60gm protein shake with either pasta/ chicken - burgers - or chicken/salad
dinner - meat and pasta or salad/ veggies
snacks in between - ill either throw in an extra protein shake..or have fruit or a coldcut sandwich..not so big on the junk food..sure i go to BK or mcd's to load up on the carbs but thts for a meal not a inbetween snack..
anyways im hoping for sumbody more experienced than i am to point me in the rite direction tell me wat my meals shuld consist of..ive been researching alot and i'm plannin on condensing the poriton of my meals but eating more meals a day (5-6)...any tips/pointers?
i train like an animal 5days a week hour15 wen im in the gym..and stick to the power 5 always (squats deadlifts bench rows military) although ive been layin off the deadlifts a lil my lower back ahs been gettin a lil tight
im all ears im goin back to school for physiology this is what i wanna have knowledge of like its the back of my hand!
