all i do is eat..but now i want some direction
men...just like you i am another man just tryna bulk the **** up
im layin off the gear till i get a better job (runs the pockets a lil dry) and am jus stickin to the old school protein multi v some amino's and throwin in a test booster.. ive jus been eating big on the basic meals
breakfast - 60gm protein shake with 3 scrambled eggs/toast or 3 packets flavored oatmeal
post workout - 60gm protein shake with either pasta/ chicken - burgers - or chicken/salad
dinner - meat and pasta or salad/ veggies
snacks in between - ill either throw in an extra protein shake..or have fruit or a coldcut sandwich..not so big on the junk food..sure i go to BK or mcd's to load up on the carbs but thts for a meal not a inbetween snack..
anyways im hoping for sumbody more experienced than i am to point me in the rite direction tell me wat my meals shuld consist of..ive been researching alot and i'm plannin on condensing the poriton of my meals but eating more meals a day (5-6)...any tips/pointers?
i train like an animal 5days a week hour15 wen im in the gym..and stick to the power 5 always (squats deadlifts bench rows military) although ive been layin off the deadlifts a lil my lower back ahs been gettin a lil tight
im all ears im goin back to school for physiology this is what i wanna have knowledge of like its the back of my hand!

read the bulking thread on here. mcd and bk might be carbs, but very simple ones, loaded with fats... gotta cut that out.
like i said before, way too much protein from shakes. 60-80g total should be the max from shakes imo. post your workout cause 3 hours is a lot..

im only in for 1hour 15 tops when i lift...first 15 cardio on the bike or stairs..ive also been doin mainly circuit training to get my strength up..then wen i go in for the size training i ca nreally throw su mserious weight around liek its nothing..today i did arms reg training not circuit..i only beein doin circuit for 3weeks now and i went up curlin 65s now cable curls went up to 90lbs curled 125 on barbell..im only 19 mind you..i personally cant wait to start gassin again..im waitin for a better job to come along cuz it runs the pockets a lil dry n i got sum bills comin up..

65 db curls? not bad. but just saying circuit training doesn't help, everyone can have a different circuit. the workout board might give you some other ideas to try out
at 19 most people would suggest not using steroids , especially if you don't have your training or diet in order. personally, i don't care, but of course we can't stop you

no i have my diet down..my metabolism is still very fast..eating 6 small meals a day wuld only speed up my metabolsm because it would be making my body work even faster n harder to pump everything thru...i got my meals planned out today and for in between im sticking with peanut butter..loaded pb sandwiches and especially before bed..ive heard good htings with this diet..breakfast egg whites and oatmeal..lunch chicken n pasta..2nd lunch meal or post owrkout beef or steak..final dinner veggies/ mac n cheese/ mashed potatoes or pata along with a meat
