cutting diet/bulking diet
I've read the UNofficial bulking thread and the
UN official cutting thread, and
the detailed diet thread.
I am a conceptual learner.
Could someone please opine on the difference between cutting cycle diet and bulking cycle diet? i would assume more cals are needed in the bulker. both the threads above suggest that the carbs should come PWO; the bulking diet adds breakfast carbs, but they do not clearly distinguish the differences between the two diets.
What makes the cutting diet different from the bulking diet? If the answer is staring me in the face then point it out please.
thanks somebodies!

actually, there are three types of diets, cutting, lean bulking, and bulking
i think of it this way, a lean bulk is just a cutting diet with alot more food, but everything is clean
a bulk, or dirty bulk, is not really a diet at all, basically its a way to eat a ton of calories, most of them not all that clean, and build a large amount of muscle, but also put on some fat while a lean bulk won't add much if any fat, and might even cause the loss of fat if done right
does that help, im sure you're still gonna have questions but i hope that clears up at least a couple things, lol

that's just what i was looking for,
a simple general explanation of the difference.
