Quite possibly a very dumb question that the answer to is mostly no, but could i shed a few lbs of fat by dieting for a few weeks, im 6 weeks into a 12 week bulk and my body fat% has increased by 2% since the start of the bulk, was wondering if i should cut back the calories and even diet till i get it back down a bit?
