    The Anabolic Diet

    Thoughts? Any experiences?


    I think its the diet where Mon-Fri: high protein/high fat/low carb
    and weekends is high carb/low protein/low fat

    i dont like it. doesnt seem like anything i would follow. might be right for a newb, but not for someone looking for size strength and overall athletic performance.

    I downloaded the book and tired it for a few weeks and it didn't work for me. It got me fat and I lost all my energy. I was better off not dieting at all
