All right, first of all prop's to everyone on this forum full of information, Ive read all the sticky's watched the videos and done all the research. Here is my schedule/diet let me know what you all think.

Wake Up
Cardio (30-45 minutes)
Snack ONE:
Protien Shake (240 cal / 42g Protein / 8g Carb)
Try dumping the shake for a more nutritious meal.
Break Fast:
1/2 Cup Oatmeal (150 cal / 5g Protein / 25g Carb)
Two Egg Whites (60 cal / 12g Protein / 0 Carb)
Usually two eggwhites contain 6-8 grams of protein. Again try having a more complete meal, i.e more eggwhites.
Snack TWO:
Albacor (175 cal / 40g Protein / 0g Carb)
Fiberous Carbs

Lunch:
Chicken 204g (220 cal / 47g Protein / 0 Carb)
Brown Rice (170 cal / 4g Protein / 35g Carb)
Snack THREE:
Steak 112g (170 cal / 22g Protein / 0 Carb)
Fiberous Carbs
Weights / Work Out (45-60min)
PWO Shake (240 cal / 42g Protein / 8 Carb)
Try to plug in some carbs here.
Dinner:
Chicken 204g (220 Cal / 47g Protein / 0 Carb)

Daily Totals : Calories: 1925 / Protein: 272g / Carbs: 115g
meals/snakes about 3 hours apart
Back ground: Been dieting and eating better for the last 11 months lost 60lbs so far (had cal intake at about 2200), decided to try and set a diet to lose some final body fat and lower my body fat % (Current body fat %: about 22%)
