What do you eat when you're going to be away for a weekend?

This coming weekend me and the gf are taking a trip to a different city and I don't know what to bring with me so that I am not starving every 2-3 hours. If I don't get in enough good clean calories per day I start stressin. What do you boys suggest I take, what do you usually pack?

Hard Boiled eggs are an easy one.
I don't know if you'd be into it but I always take a bunch of grilled chicken breasts in a cooler and eat them cold. Not grilled on the Foreman but the BBQ grill. Yummy!!
Also I sometimes slow cook a roast and slice it really thin. Put it in some tupperware and bring a loaf of ezekiel bread, some lettuce, tomato and some of that new Mayo with olive oil and / or some horseradish. Makes a damn fine sandwich.

Man, funny story about that, went to visit my dude at Rutgers, took a bunch of cans of tuna forgot the can opener. Ended up jabbing the cans open with a knife and peeling back the lids....now thats dedication, lol.
