    slowly-but-surely! I'm only up 2lbs. right now but I have upped my cals so I should start gaining more progressively. I have to admit this has been harder to gain weight than I thought it would be. I guess my metabolism is running so fast from all the lean muscle mass that I have to feed it a lot more than I thought I would. Every week is a learning experience and I adjust accordingly. How is yours' going?

    Haven't started yet, will start on this coming monday so we'll see.
    I'm going to shoot for roughly 1lb per week.

    olive oil is an easy way to add cals but I prefer fish oil. Also, you might find that upping your carbs might be necessary as well. Good luck bro

    Update: Tipping the scales at 190.5 lbs, so I'm up 4.5 lbs. I have adjusted my diet to where I'm running 3 carb up days (mon, wed, & fri) with 4 low carb days (tue, thur, sat, & sun). I'm going to add another carb up day once my gradual gains come to a hault.

    I'm up about 1,3 pounds in 6 days so far.
    I guess I have to up the carbs a bit, we will see in about a weeks time what I decide to do.

    But I don't want more carbup days.
    I'm going to add more carbs on the carb up days, and on the "low" carb days aswell if I don't gain enough.

    1.3 lbs is good, stay with what you got until you are not gaining at all, then adjust accordingly.

    Yep, I'm going to eat the same out this week and do the weekly weighin.
    And see if i'm going up a pound still or if it was only the first.
