    portable meals?

Hey guys, I'm about to enter an extremely busy period in my life and I'm going to be out of the house for most of the day without access to a kitchen. I know most of the guys on the board must have to eat on the go all day long.. so let's hear your portable meal ideas..

I like canned tuna, smoked salmon that is packaged in the 4 oz packages, canned smoked herring (full of ***** 3s), canned chicken (it does in a pinch), and if I have a cooler, this great Greek nonfat yoghurt that is 0 fat, 9 prot, 5 carbs. And green apples.

definitely keep a can opener in your car. tuna, beans straight out of the can, string cheese, beef jerky, dried fruits are great. try to make the following days meals the night before and stock up on Tupperware.

Hey guys, where do you keep your tupperware? If don't have a car?
You need a rather large bag to take 2 or 3 meals with you besides those things you have to take at work/college. And to carry it all the day.

i make meals for 3 days at a time. i keep it simple. steak, chicken or turkey and brown rice. i usualy throw in some sautaed peppers and onions for flavor and moisture. i eat everything cold. the only problem is it takes up alot of frige space but it works for me.

I just put chicken and sweet potatoes in pre measure meals in a zip lock bag and eat when need be. I also have some olive oil on hand. Sometimes I just put oats and olive oil in a bottle and add water when I want to drink it. Nothing beats drinking chewy raw oats.
