I'm getting real soft in the waist and I've got the cravings out of my system.I wanna start the Fat/pro Veg/pro diet but was wondering if my muscles will suffer to great a loss since I'm just getting my naturel test levels back up?,when I finished my cycle I figured my body needed the extra cals to preserve muscle.
I dieted hard for 10 months and 4 weeks ago I figured I deserved a break,my knees from cardio and basically to give my body a break from the overall discipline of the diet.But I'm bored with food already and want to get back to a leaner physique.
