To calculate daily protein intake based on body weight, since I am trying to cut fat, do I use the calculated lean mass, or just total body weight?
Is there a BMR calculator that takes into consideration %BF? Otherwise, it's pretty innacurate, based on the difference in metabolic rates of a body supporting lean muscle and a body supporting a lot of fat.
Using Milos' vids as a guide, my total caloric intake based is pretty low. If I experience a lot of fatigue and starvation from too few calories, since I'm endomorphic, would I just add more calories in protein?
