Food List
i have a couple minutes so i figured i'd put down the foods that i eat and have you guys tear me apart, the only thing i ask is that any changes you make are explained and reasons
Protein
Cottage Cheese
Chicken
Tuna
Albacore(Type of Tuna)
Salmon on occasion
Beef(96/4) on occasion
Tofu
Carbs
Sweet potatos(canned)
FiberOne
Bovarian Yogurt
Apples
Frozen Grapes
Brown Rice on occasion
i also eat salads alot, mostly lettuce with lowfat dressing and tuna
anything else you guys think of for me to add i'd appreciate it

ya me too!
I really only eat WW bread if I run out of everything else or if I'm traveling; just more convenient sometimes.

Lean ground turkey is a staple lean protein source for me. You should add it into the equation, all the taste of ground beef without all the fat. Your selections look good bro.

Albacore is definately the best tuna out there, it's more solid and firm than the rest.
Canned sweet potatoes... I guess I thought they were full of sugar? They make them plain?

not hijacking at all, my threads are open to any questions or whatever
you can get them pretty much anywhere, and the difference between them and quaker oatmeal is that steel cut oats are the actually whole oat that has been cut, then the next step is crushing it(which turns it into quaker oatmeal, basically)
the brand i use is McCanns steel cut oats, and you have to boil them, but they have a really good nutty taste

Thanks for the info, I'm sure they'd have em at the local health food store if they're not at wal mart... I'll have to take a look!
