    ya me too!

I really only eat WW bread if I run out of everything else or if I'm traveling; just more convenient sometimes.

Lean ground turkey is a staple lean protein source for me. You should add it into the equation, all the taste of ground beef without all the fat. Your selections look good bro.

i used to have it as a staple but i had to grill every 4-5 days and it's not possible now with all my classes, do you get it another way that is more convenient, like from a deli or something?

I buy it in the grounded up packs at the grocery store and either grill burgers, use it in spag (with whole wheat pasta), or sautee it and make whole wheat burritos with it.

Albacore is definately the best tuna out there, it's more solid and firm than the rest.

Canned sweet potatoes... I guess I thought they were full of sugar? They make them plain?

Hope I'm not hijacking, but I've heard steel cut oats mentioned several times, but I've never seen them. Where do you get them and how are they prepared?

not hijacking at all, my threads are open to any questions or whatever

you can get them pretty much anywhere, and the difference between them and quaker oatmeal is that steel cut oats are the actually whole oat that has been cut, then the next step is crushing it(which turns it into quaker oatmeal, basically)

the brand i use is McCanns steel cut oats, and you have to boil them, but they have a really good nutty taste

the ones i get are no sugar/salt added, the ingredient list saids just sweet potatos, the only downside is there is obviously no skin, but aside from that they don't even have preservatives
