Nutritional needs while on a cycle?
I'd like some help on determining how many calories and grams of each macro-nutrient (protein, carbs, and fat) I should be taking in for the greatest gains on my cycle.
I've just started a cycle of test enanthate at 450mg/week, deca at 250mg/week starting in week 5, and trenabol at 150mg/week. I'll also be starting proviron in week 4 at 25mg/d and upping the dosage to 50mg/d until week 15, then back to 25mg/d for 3 more weeks. PCT will start in week 12 with HCG for 3 weeks and will end concurrently with my last injection of deca. Nolvadex and clomid will be on hand if needed as well.
Since I just started my cycle, this first week I was going to start with 3,300 calories a day at a ratio of 50% carbs, 30% protein, and 20% fat. I eat 6 meals a day and each meal has the same ratio of each macro-nutrient previously listed. All foods are quality caloric sources (i.e. fruits, veggies, lean meat of all types, whey, soy, casein, oats, whole grain bread, brown rice, yams, white bread or rice for post-workout simple carbs). As each following week comes, I'd planned on upping my calories another 300 until at week 7 i'd be at 5,100 calories per day, then maintain this until my cycle ended and gradually reduce my calories the same fashoin in which I raised them. I also may have an extra protein shake or two around my workout(s).
Overall the nutrient breakdown would end up being about 240g protein, 400g carbs, and 71g fat and would all obviously keep going up as my calories increase over the weeks. My calories per meal breakdown is typically: meal #1=600 calories, meal #2=500 calories, meal #3=500 calories, meal #4=700 calories (post-workout), meal #5=500 calories, meal #6=400 calories.
My body stats are currently: 23 years old, 5' 11'', 182 lbs., 9% bodyfat
I've been lifting for almost 4 years and would like to take the next step to adding some serious size to my frame. Any help from would be grealty appreciated.
