I need serious help with my diet. I am 28yrs old, 5'8" weiging about 210 @ 20% bf. I need to get my bf down to about 10%. My current diet consists of:
8:00am - eggs, begal, milk, juice or cereal, toast, fruit & milk
12:00pm - Turkey or Chicken sandwitch, water
3:00pm - Meal replacement bar, water
6:00pm - Chicken & patotes & veggies or Pasta, meat, bread
9:00 pm - Protein shake
I thought I was doing ok, but was told on another forum to post hear for a complete re-structure. Thanks for any help.
