Ive recently addressed my training and eating and have posted my training in the other section of the site. Please critic my diet - I am after size gains - however I stress that the weight must be good weight and not shit
7:45 - 9 egg whites 40g oats You can go higher on oats. Like 100g
10:45 - Protein shake with creatine Make it tuna or cottage cheese for example, its good to have a veriety of protein sources, and add complex carbs.
13:30 - 250g chicken & 250g brown rice/potatoe How about some beef or turkey here?
16:30 - 250g chicken & 250g brown rice/potatoe
19:30 - Post workout shake & creatine Add carbs. Apple or oats etc.
20:00 - Evening meal (healthy homecooked - not shit!)
11:00 - 250g chicken & 250g brown rice
Bed at midnight to let last meal digest
This above is what I plan on doing as from next week. Please let me know what you all think. I am concerned that Im not eatining enough in the morning, maybe I should replace 1045 shake with chicken?
