Fresh diet plan
Hey guys
Ive recently addressed my training and eating and have posted my training in the other section of the site. Please critic my diet - I am after size gains - however I stress that the weight must be good weight and not shit
7:45 - 9 egg whites 40g oats
10:45 - Protein shake with creatine
13:30 - 250g chicken & 250g brown rice/potatoe
16:30 - 250g chicken & 250g brown rice/potatoe
19:30 - Post workout shake & creatine
20:00 - Evening meal (healthy homecooked - not shit!)
11:00 - 250g chicken & 250g brown rice
Bed at midnight to let last meal digest
This above is what I plan on doing as from next week. Please let me know what you all think. I am concerned that Im not eatining enough in the morning, maybe I should replace 1045 shake with chicken?
Thanks in advance guy

Suggetions (if you want and/or if it fits in your budget):
-Use different protein sources. The most the better. Turkey, egg whites, chicken, tuna, salmon, cottage cheese... It will keep you from getting bored and its healthier.
-Add some healthy fats in some of those meals like olive oil, nuts, walnuts, almonds, peanuts, avocado.
-Add vegetables in some of those meals.
Btw, what are you're stats; height, weight...?
Good luck man!
Pd: it was great to read quantities in grams!

Thanks Voland. Im 105kg atm, 17% bf 5 foot 9. I am interested in size increases and am not looking to reduce my bf % untill the new year - evan at the risk of my bf% increasing to 20%!
I know what you mean - gram is obviously only used by the brits!
I have began adding some peanuts around 50g each time between meals as I dont want to consume to many in one sitting. I have not been able to actually start the new diet properly, but im hoping too pretty soon. I want to swithch around my protein sources, so i am trying to get hold of more turkey - i cant stand cottage cheese, and I fins I need to add something to tuna to make it bearable (admitidly I add bbq sauce to every meal to make the chicken and rice go down easier!)
