    Comment Diet Please

    Meal 1 : 4 eggs, pack of oatmeal, and carnation instant breakfeast with milk
    Meal 2 : 8 oz chicken breast, mashed potatoes , fruit (strawberries or bannanas)
    Meal 3 : 2 cans of tuna, rice, garden salad
    Meal 4 : 8 oz beef or steak, pasta, vegges and fruit
    Meal 5 : 8 oz chicken breast, carbs, fruit

    I dont follow those guidlines day in and day out, i normally just make sure im getting a good source of meat carbs fruits and veges. Im doing this without aas and im trying to basically gain as much muscle as possible. Im 19, 5'10 and 150lbs, the sorry part of the story is that i cycled at 17 (yes i know how stupid it was) and now im basiclly going natural in the meantime. I work out 3-4 days out of the week and they normally consist on an intense 1-1 1/2 hour(s) of about 8-10 excerisizes (mon 4-5 chest 4-5 tris, wed 4-5 bis 4-5 back etc...) i down a 100% whey protein shake after each work out. the days inbetween workouts consists of pull ups, chin ups, push ups, and sit ups. any advice is appreciated

    Which meal is PWO? You need carbs as well as whey after your workout.

    As a rule, how many calories protein and carbs are you taking in each day?
