New to diets
Hey, im a new member as well as new to dieting so if you can can set me up with a good diet plan id appreciate it. Im 5"8 187lbs according to the caloric calculator im supposed to 2,927 calories
40%carbs/1,171 calories
30%proteins/879 calories
30%fats/879 calories
also id like to add i work from 3:00pm to 12:00am, i hit the gym about 8:30 usually i just drink a on protein shake. Thnx for any input.
P.S. IM GONNA GO GROCERY SHOPPING SO I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT I NEED TO BUY. THNX AGAIN
