Diet Help PLease!
Someone please help me make a diet. I am normally eating around 6 meals a day of chicken and potatoes and veggies. Sometimes whole wheat pasta or tuna or substitutes like that. I drink a protein shake normally every day.

I know you've posted your stats on here before, but I couldn't find them. You're not far off. But what is your age weight height BF% and all that cool stuff?
Also what is your cardio and lifting schedule like?

You are pretty close to that...it looks like your bf% went up a little though. That sounds like a good diet, I would up the cardio and just keep working hard...focusing on arms, butt/legs. And I think you said you are eating like 3000 cals a day? Thats a little high?

I definately agree with upping the cardio. Always a good generic solution without knowing her exact diet.
I'm also curious what you're eating PWO...

can you please post your diet? with all the dressings (macros for each meal, totals, your current stats).
i'd be happy to help if you can help me with the info. i'm guessing we can get you down to 6%.

more cardio( i prefer walking and i think it can be done everyday for 60 mins) ...limit carbs to breakfast, pre and post workout.
put in mind that the pic u posted is taken by pros and probably photo shopped..and that u look great
