    How's this chicken source ?

    Is this chicken ok Guy's or does it contain anything that is not wanted in a clean diet. Thanks

    Ok guy's,I notice the pic's are not opening so I will tell you the nutrition information.

    NUTRITION INFORMATION (typical values) per 100g as consumed:
    Energy 499kj/118kcal, protein 23.6g, carbohydrate 2.3g (of which sugars 2.3g) fat 1.6g (of which saturates 0.5g), fibre 1.3g, sodium 0.3g, salt 0.8g

    INGREDIENTS cooked chicken breast (86%)(chicken,salt) cajun marinade (water,reconsituted tomato puree,sugar,white vinegar,spices (cumin,black pepper,cayenne),garlic puree,yeast extract,modified maize starch,salt,oregano,barley malt extract,colour: paprika extract;flavouring)

    i wouldnt say super bad but your better off making your own chicken, you getting carbs from sugar, which there shouldnt be any on chicken,

    I would agree. 2.3 g is not a lot of sugar. Look tasty.

    Remember thats per 100g's , how much are you eating? You do the math.
