As long as you're eating lean cuts of red meat you won't have any problems.

^ribeye is my favorite too so I still have it while cutting as somewhat of a cheat. Stick to lean cuts or low fat percentage ground.
I thought the problem with red meat was not only the fat but also the digestion of it? Red meat tends to take longer to digest.

i eat red meat 3 times a day everyday. sometimes more sometimes less. its about planning a diet, with clean foods. steak is clean to me because i need the macros it provides.
i usually just up my fiber with more red meats.
