Wheat Bread Lite
What do you guys think of this stuff? I'm trying to cut a few pounds and cut a few carbs outta the diet so I'm thinking about putting like a half pound of turkey on this stuff for a few meals a day.
Seems like a good source of fiber considering I've been lacking in it lately. Like today I just ate beef jerky, egg whites, 2 reg eggs, and a shitload of turkey. I also had a small bowl of oatmeal at breakfast for a few carbs in the morning.

hard to say from that. generally the only descent breads are "100% whole wheat" products. the glycemic index of the carbs is a much more significant factor in its quality than the small amount of fat or fiber.
