    Question heart rate Q?

    allright ive started the keto diet today and im hitting the tread clibmer for 45 min evry morning 6 days a week, what would be the best heart rate to maintain for optimal fat loss?

    220-(age)= max HR ==> 220-(23)= 197

    60-65% of max HR.

    197 * .6 = 118
    197 * .65 = 128

    your HR should be between 118-128.
