    Question Several questions!!

1: olive oil is it ok to use if frying something?
2: packet sauces such as stir in pasta sauces or stir fry sauces good, bad or indifferent?
3: How would one go about making a high carb/protein shake using whey protein as a base without using the obvious such as oatmeal?
4: What are good alternatives to fish as I dont eat any type!?

    All feedback greatly appreciated!

2: packet sauces such as stir in pasta sauces or stir fry sauces good, bad or indifferent? Not good. They have lost of salt, sugars, conservants...Its better if you make your own sauce at home. You can go from the easiest raw olive oil and oregano to adding sliced grilled tomattoes, meat balls, olives...
3: How would one go about making a high carb/protein shake using whey protein as a base without using the obvious such as oatmeal? Well obviously you could use fruits: banana, blueberries, apples...if not use muesly or something like that.
4: What are good alternatives to fish as I dont eat any type!? Anything; egg whites, turkey, chicken, beef, deer, cottage cheese, horse...

    All feedback greatly appreciated!
    My opinion in blue.

What is 'pam' or is that just a typo?

Is it ok to fry the occasional chicken breast and are there any cheats to making your own sauces?

By cheating I mean quick ways rather than getting pre made ingredients!

I don't get crazy with my food. When i start to get bored with my chicken i use rub on flavoring. Its mostly made up of sodium which isn't a big deal.

I thought keep sodium to a minimum to avoid water retention
