My Lean Bulk Diet
This is sort of a rough copy of my diet. i want to just get my diet down while i'm on my cycle, my goal is to lean bulk. also i dont remember all the nutritional values so bear with me
Meal 1
2/3 Cup of oatmeal
1/2 cup of skim milk
300 cal / 6g fat / 12g Protein / 50g carbs
Meal 2
1/2 a boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup of cooked rice
1/2 cup of dried red kidney beans
590 cals/ 4g fat/ 48g Protein / 72g Carbs
Meal 3
1/2 a boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup of cooked rice
1/2 cup of dried red kidney beans
590 cals/ 4g fat/ 48g Protein / 72g Carbs
Meal 4
1/2 a cup of extra lean ground beef or Steak
1 tortilla
580 cals / 19g fat / 26g Protein / 25g carbs
Meal 5
1/2 a boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2cup of cooked rice
1/2 cup of dried red kidney beans
590 cals/ 4g fat/ 48g Protein / 72g Carbs
Meal 6 on off days or PWO Meal
2 scoops of unflavored whey protein with 500ml Orange juice
2 slices of whole wheat bread
500 cals/ 7g of fat/ 50g Protein / 76g carbs
Totals 3200ish cals , 42 g of fat, 232 g of Protein, 367g of carbs
for my salt intake there barely won't be any in meals 1 and 6 but there will be in meals 2,3,4 and 5 and my sugar intake shouldnt be to high. meals 2,4 and 6 will have green veggies in them. i'm also going to limit myself to 2 cheat meals a weekLast edited by listerine; 09-15-2008 at 02:02 PM.

Dude if you cant post macros, at least post how much each thing you eat weighs...
That doesnt look like it could be more than 2000cals...
Good luck gaining anything with that diet...

do a 40/40/20 ratio and eat about 3500 cals id say only shake should be post WO and cario 3x week 45mins. to stay lean. just my .02 cents u realyl should jsut wait for narks reply his the man and all same with nova

ok i need your height age weight bf% and how often you train or your daily activity
but right of the bat u need about 320grams of protein and carbs each day give or take and 70 grams of fat. but i need your stats 1st off and here is some good carb and protein sources
steak
chicken breast
turkey breast
tuna
lean beef
lean pork tenderloins
other lean fish
whey
cottage cheese 1%
carbs
yams
sweet potatoes
red potatoes
oats
quinoa
brown rice
green veggies
Bananas
