What could work well to replace egg whites!

Just cause egg white are lots of cash flow, and I am to lazy to wait for the egg to drip out the white.

I could hard boil I guess, but other then that is there anything?

nothing, stop being lazy. Dont buy egg whites they're a rip-off. Crack a bunch of eggs into a bowl and use your clean hands to scoop up a yolk one at a time and let the white escape btwn your fingers, use your other hand to speed it along, toss the yolk, works well.

*dumb question* How many egg whites are you scrambling at a time and how much protien does that equate to?

bro, you can get a 30lb tub here for 96$(that includes shipping and handling), thats 25dozen liquid egg whites at a cost of 32cents a piece, not bad IMO
