im going to write down my current diet and maybe you guys could tell me what i need to add and take out.
this is my diet from yesterday and its pretty close to what i ushly do.
meal#1- 2 whole eggs, 3 whites,1/2 cup non fat yogurt with 1/2 cup oatmeal in it, and 1 string cheese
meal#2 40gs whey and a hand full of almonds meal#3 post workout waxy maize 35gms carbs, post workout drink anabolic halo which has 19 carbs in it, 20gms whey in 8oz of milk and two tbsp of pp
meal#4 2 whole eggs, 4 whites and oatmeal
meal#5 6oz lean turkey and carrots
meal#6 before bed 30gm casien protien and string cheese
my stats are 5'6" 175 15%bf 20yrs old been training for about 4 yrs
i figure i need to drop some of the carbs like the waxy maize and add more whole foods instead of all that whey.
any suggestions would be nice.
