    New diet could use some help.

    Meal #1 - 1 serving Real Gains + 12 oz milk + 2 scoops natty pb
    Meal #2 (pre-WO) - Natty PBJ sandwich + 12 oz milk
    Meal #3 (PWO) - 3 scoops Torrent
    Meal #4 - 1 cup spinach + 12 oz milk + Chicken/Rice or Steak/Potatoes... something along those lines. This is the only meal I ever change from day to day.
    Meal #5 - 1/2lb turkey sausage or 4 eggs + 1 cup spinach + 12 oz milk
    Meal #6 - 1 scoop Milk/Egg protein + 1 cup spinach + 12 oz milk + 2 scoops natty PB
    Meal #7 - 1 scoop Mlik/Egg protein + 1 cup spinach + 12 oz milk + 2 scoops natty PB

    Macros: 3600~ calories
    P: 346
    F: 143
    C: 327

    And Im 158lb

    Anything wrong here? I know I can make my own morning shake, but I got it for free (almost expired). Once thats done, it will be 1 cup steel oats and 8egg whites

    Age height and BF%

    What are your goals for this diet? I'm assuming it's a bulk.

    Noticing a great deal of milk and Peanut butter

    21 BF probably around 16%
    Goals are bulking yea. And I love my milk and pb lol But obviously open to changes if required.
