    Blender

    I know sounds stupid, but if i eat my first meal after i blended it all together (cup of oats, 2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites) i dont feel as full as if i cook and eat them. Does anyone els do this and is it the same marcos by blending it all

    Don't know bro. But are those raw oats? That might be some of the reason. Just my uneducated guess.

    Same macros

    When I was little my mom used to make toast and rip it into small pieces and mix it up with scrambled eggs (a little runny so it made the toast soft) and I loved that stuff. I could eat like 5 eggs and 5 pieces of toast that way and not even feel very full.

    But if I had an omelette of 4 eggs, I would be too full to finish two pieces of toast...

    I guess it's just the way it's prepared. Whatever tastes or works better for you is what you should go with.

    Same macros, but solid food will always have a lower GI than its blended equivalent. It leaves you satiated longer
