meal 6: Chicken Breast/fillet/steak/lean groudn beef with sweet potato
meal 7: (before bed) cottage cheese/2 tbsp naty PB/6-8 HB eggs/casein
i have a pwo shake, and i also hate tuna lol. I also sometimes sub the sweet potato with brown rice.
