creatine = counterproductive if dieting for lean

im dieting for lean muscle, i'd like to create a six pack and cut fat

but at the same time im taking cell-tech creatine .. i almost feel like it might be counter productive because creatine is about gaining weight and im trying to lose fat..

    opinions?

creatine is about gaining muscle it helps you get thoes extra couple reps so u tear down the muscle more and in turn you build more. now u will retain water so its water weight. but thats not what u want during a cut. but u make the choice

Muscletech isn't a good brand, especially when it comes to creatine. If you're looking for a good creatine try a company like Kaizen.

If you want to get bigger, take creatine. If you want to look cut, get off of it and stick to a diet.

I can't say the creatine does anything for me, other than make me thirsty.

does muscle-tech creatine include lots of sugar (dextrose)???? If so, that could be counterproductive to your goal

use straight creatine or CEE, drop the sugar. and if anything it would help you retain lean tissue. then stop using it when ur done cutting to dry out. bingo!

Huh. I don't really know if does anything.

I have been taking creatine for 4 years. Don't buy the ones with sugar. Just buy mono type. It is cheap. Drink it with oj if you like.

I would just skip it myself. It doesn't really do anything compared to what AS do.
