who you consider sauces like
frank's hot sauce, BBQ sauce , tamari , or soy sauces
poor for cutting diets ?
when cutting foods can be so plain, like boneless chicken breast with brown rice for example..

BBQ sauce yes would be a poor choice. The others not so much. You CAN NOT have high-fructose corn syrup in a successful cutting diet. The others prob contain high sodium an not much else (which you dont need to worry about if you are drinking plenty of water). Not sure how you feel about mustard, but it is a godsend when cutting. Try mixing some soy sauce with mustard and dipping your chicken in that, im addicted to it. Heinz also makes a ketchup now that is sweetened with Sucralose, using that in moderations also would not be detrimental to your diet.
mustard and soy huh i like them both so yeah it makes since, i will have to try that one out
I like bbq sauce... I know that I'll burn it at the gym! lol
I like soy sauce on a juicy steak. Gotta try the mustard combo.
so its a bad idea to use BBQ because "You CAN NOT have high-fructose corn syrup in a successful cutting diet." as you said
but sodium isnt that bad, so thats why soy would be a good choice , along with any type of mustard?
i just wanna make sure i understand why no BBQ, it just happens to be my favorite lol
Yup, lots of sugar and HFCS in BBQ sauce
Try making your own by mixing Heinz sugar free ketchup, a little bit of liquid smoke, some spicy brown mustard and a little Worcestershire sauce. Then sautee it in a sauce pan and add some fresh minced garlic and a little pepper and onion powder. I used to add brown sugar too, but not while cutting. Horseradish is good added in too.
Not as good as the real thing IMO but still hits the spot
You guys forgot salsa, Tabasco and Worcester sauce, my favorite three condiments!
alright so my sauces should be tobasco/ mustard/ and soy thanks guys
