Thread: help with diet please

    help with diet please

    Height: 5'9
    Weight: 155
    BF: 9-10%
    training experience: 1 year

    I am trying to get to 170-180 and stay lean, so would this diet be suitable?


    7:30 4 egg whites 2 whole eggs
    15 gm of whey protein
    25 gm of oatmeal

    10:15 1 can of tuna
    15 ml of flax seed oil

    12:00 3 pieces of whole-wheat bread with ham/chicken/corned beef
    1 banana
    15 gm of whey protein
    1 yogurt

    3:15 1 can of tuna
    15 ml of flax seed oil

    5:15 steak/chicken/beef
    20 gm of whey protein
    50 gm of carrots

    1 HOUR TRAINING START 6:00PM to 7:00PM

    7:15 50 gm of whey, 50gm dextrose
    1 can of tuna
    1 apple
    2.5 ml of flaxseed oil

    9:30 125 gm of cottage cheese
    15 gm of whey protein
    1 yogurt

    Im not sure exactly the pro/carb/fat but i think its nearing 3000 cal

    any help would be appreciated

    not enough carbs, also i would eat larger servings (ex. 6 whole eggs instead of the 4 egg whites, 2 cans of tuna instead of 1) but that's me.

    ok, so if i make it 4 whole eggs and 2 whites at breakfast then add in some sweet potato pre work out that will up the carb quantity a bit. do i need to add carbs to any of the other meals?
