I eat them occasionally while cutting

A few times I've mixed up my whey with all of those things, but generally I stay away from all sugar (Even that in fruit)

I agree that that would be the best time for it.
I guess I was speaking for me personally, if you have a strict diet and you see results while eating those things more power to you. I look at sugar and gain a pound.
Whether or not it fits in with a strict cut, you could certainly be making a lot worse choices, and if you're not seeing the results you want, try taking them out and see what happens...

low gi, and has a low glycemic load, skim milk is good to go.

yeah i get the fat-free stuff too. love it. incorporate it as long as u dont notice any kind of allergies to it (eg, bloat).

    Yes! They are great!

Someone smarter than me should make a post about sugar on nutrition labels.

It is only there because of tooth decay. Milk sugar isn't bad. Most fruit isn't bad.

Maltodextrin isn't a sugar yet it is a horrible, horrible corn processed high GI carbohydrate that is worse than sugar. Go figure.

I've thought the same thing. All the different poly and mono saccharides, their sources and how thtey interact with your body's health and digestion would be a really good sticky IMO

It seems that the water in fruit would distort that table.
