Hey chaps,
Figured i'd make a progress thread on here, charting from beginning to end how much weight ive lost, through just the use of Cardio and Diet.
I'll start by telling you all a bit about me, ive been bodybuilding for years now, a good 5/6 years or so. I kept it going till about a year and a half ago, when lots of things in my life didnt go so well, and it meant me putting one a lot of weight (fat) and losing a bit of muscle.
Well, ive still got the muscle, always have, i was just born that way but no im standing about 5'10 and 260lbs.
Im joining the forces and need to get my BMI down to at least 30.
So, this is not just a fat loss blog, its a weight loss blog, i need to lose all the fat, and lose a little bit of muscle too.
So, time for a quick picture.
(And yes, that tshirt is awesome, thanks)
So, my BF isnt amazingly high, but it is too high at the moment, unfortunately the forces do everything on BMI, not BF, so for the purpose of this blog, everything will be in BMI.
Just to give you an idea of things, i need to lose 50lbs, naturally, and "reasonably" quick, safely.
