turkey burgers?
are turkey burgers alright to eat when on diet....
bought the jennie-o turkey burgers and they say 70% less fat than USDA data for ground beef. also says no artifical ingrediants so are they alright to eat....
serving size- 1 burger
cals- 160
saturated fat- 2.5g
trans fat- 0g
cholesterol- 95mg
sodium- 85mg
total carb- 0g
dietary fiber- 1g
sugars- 0g
protein- 18g

Are turkey burgers good food in general ? Yes. Are they good for your needs ? Who knows.

Nutritionally speaking they are good.
But why don't you simply eat turkey breasts? I love them.

Ground turkey is all over the map as far as being healthy or not. Ground turkey breast is great.
Same with ground beef, some is good some is bad.

i like to take ground turky, mix in oatmeal,salsa,chopped up peppers and onions and grill them. serve on whole wheat bun. it is the bomb. i eat this alot post workout.
