from reading i see that you all take a lot of protien is this right for some one wanting to loose weight? yes, protein is essential and on a cutter will help tremendously due to the fact that for every 100cal of protein you eat up to 40cal is burned off as heat during digestion, while carbs only 10-15cal and fat 2-3 cal, also, protein will fill you up and is harder to overeat than the other two macros
should i be doing just cardio for now or should i do weights as well. thanks again.. both, they are synergistic, meaning that when you put them together your results will increase exponentially as compared to just one or the other
